Classes to resume 2021.

Practice yoga in the comfort of your home with online classes.   Live online group classes are available while recordings will also be made available.  These recorded classes are available for 72 hours from time of purchase.

Private zoom bookings can be made.  For these, please email heidi@hbubblesover.com to schedule.  The private classes are bespoke and limited to evenings/weekends (SAST). 

Outdoor group classes will become available after COVID-19 lockdown is lifted.

Rise & Shine

Rise & Shine

30 minutes

A 30-minute morning yoga class designed to wake up the body and mind for the day ahead.

The Rise & Shine class includes pranayama, a gentle warm-up, a flow sequence, and a short intention-setting meditation.

There are no strenuous poses which makes the class perfect for yogis of all levels.

It is ideal for people with busy schedules or who need to wake up early for a long day ahead.

Vinyasa L1

60 minutes

This is a full body vinyasa flow class.

You might want to grab a couple of blocks, and if you use a strap, then that might come in handy too. 

The class includes breath work to begin, warm-ups, vinyasa salutations, balancing postures, floor work, core, inversions and finish with a cool-down.

Rise & Shine

Vinyasa L2

60 minutes

This is a full body vinyasa flow class.

You might want to grab a couple of blocks, and if you use a strap, then that might come in handy too. 

The class includes breath work to begin, warm-ups, vinyasa, balancing postures, floor work, core, a peak posture & inversion play and we finish off with a cool-down. 

Bedtime Yoga

30 minutes

A gentle, relaxing practice for a good night’s rest.

Soothe a busy mind and a restless body.

No props required but you can always grab a few pillows and blankets.

Lots of feel good stretches.
