Banana Ricotta Breakfast Wrap

1 Medium Banana, sliced

2tbsp Ricotta Cheese

1/4tsp Cinnamon

1tbsp Honey

1 Ancient Grain Wrap (made with teff flour, quinoa and chia seeds)


Heat a plate on the stove to high.

In a heated pan, lay the wrap flat.

Spread the ricotta across the wrap.

On one side, arrange the banana slices.

Fold over the wrap.  I like to fold it twice over, but you can fold it in half as well.

Let it warm through in the pan, I let it sit for 2 minutes on each side.

Plate up, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour the honey.

Cut into your preferred size or shape.
